We want to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you. To all our friends, clients, and early supporters—because thanks to you, we’ve just reached a major milestone: our 400th client! And that’s something worth celebrating.

Since launching HelloTailor 2½ years ago, we’ve grown steadily—without a single ad. Every new client has come through word of mouth, referrals, and friends of friends. That means the world to us. Around 90% of our clients are repeat customers, many of whom we’ve had the pleasure of seeing regularly since the beginning. It’s been such a joy watching our relationships—and your closets—evolve.

Each week, more than 200 garments pass through our studio. We’ve done everything from resizing, reconstructing and completely reworking pieces. Altering necklines, sleeves, silhouettes, everything from vintage pieces to evening gowns and everything in between.

We’ve always aimed to combine true convenience with exceptional craftsmanship. Clients often tell us, “I must be your best customer!”—but the truth is, you all are. We’re not all built the same, and having something made to fit you can make all the difference—in comfort, in style, and in confidence.

We’re just getting started. We’re always on the lookout for more talented seamstresses, tailors, weavers—those who still practice these beautiful, time-honored crafts. Thanks to your support, we’ll continue to grow, to expand our services, and deliver faster turnaround times.
